- Return Period
Customers may submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Return requests submitted after this specified period may not be accepted.
- Return Conditions
To ensure that an item qualifies for a return, the returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:
The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
The item must remain in its original condition, free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of alteration/tampering;
All original hangtags, labels, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be intact;
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
The following situations typically do not qualify for a return:
Items that have been worn, washed, or show obvious signs of use;
Issues resulting from human-induced damage;
Sale items, clearance items, or items explicitly marked on the product page as non-returnable/non-exchangeable;
Return requests based on personal preference (e.g., the color or style does not match expectations);
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items (such as underwear, nursing tops, etc.) may not be eligible for return once the original packaging has been opened.

Description of the Issue;
Photos of the item (if the item has quality defects or was damaged during shipping).

Please do not ship items back directly without prior confirmation from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may result in delays in processing your refund or the inability to process it at all.
- Refund Processing Time
Once we have received the returned merchandise and completed our inspection, we will notify you of the refund outcome via email.
Upon approval of the refund:
The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase;
Processing is typically completed within 3–5 business days;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment platform’s processing times. 6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless one of the following conditions applies, return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer:
Receipt of an incorrect item;
The item has quality defects;
The item was damaged during transit.
If a return is necessitated by an error on our part, we will cover the associated return shipping costs.
